Potato Hamburger Casserole

Hamburger Casserole Ingredients:
  • 3 c. potatoes
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 sm. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Black pepper to taste
Hambuger Casserole Instructions:

First of all slice potatoes and cook in water until almost done. Brown hamburger, onion and pepper in 3 tablespoons shortening. Add salt and pepper. Arrange hamburger mixture and potatoes alternately in large casserole dish. Pour tomato soup mixed with 1/2 cup water over this. Cover with foil and bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes...enjoy the casserole ! Nice...
