HAMBURGER DORITO CASSEROLE

Hamburger Casserole Ingredients :

  • 2 lbs. hamburger
  • 1 med. bag Dorito chips
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes


Hamburger Casserole Instructions :
First of all brown the hamburger meat and drain. And then in a large casserole dish layer all ingredients. Next is to bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or long enough for cheese to melt and warm thoroughly. Enjoy it !

MEXICAN HAMBURGER CASSEROLE


MEXICAN HAMBURGER CASSEROLE

Hamburger Casserole Ingredients :

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • Dash pepper
  • 4 cups (2 1-pound cans) kidney beans
  • 1 cup (8-ounce can) tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup crushed corn chips
  • 1/3 cup Burgundy wine (optional)
  • 1/3 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Hamburger Casserole Instructions :
First of all brown meat in heavy skillet; spoon into a 2-quart casserole. And then melt butter in skillet. Next is to add onion and garlic; and sauté until onion is clear. Add all spices, beans, tomato sauce, corn chips and wine. Mix thoroughly and spoon over meat. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in oven (350°F.) for 30 minutes, or until heated throtgh and bubbly.
Serve 4 persons. Enjoy !

HAMBURGER CASSEROLE INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, optional
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 6 med. potatoes, sliced

HAMBURGER CASSEROLE INSTRUCTIONS
First of all brown hamburger, onion and pepper in a little fat. Season with salt and pepper. Butter a 2 quart casserole dish and put half the hamburger mixture in a layer on the bottom. cover with half of the sliced potatoes and season potatoes with salt and pepper. Repeat layers, starting with hamburger and ending with soup on top. Cover hamburger casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy it !

Hamburger Casserole Recipe Ingredients:

* 1 pound ground chuck
* 1 cup chopped onions
* 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes
* 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 2 cups thinly sliced potatoes
* 1/3 cup flour
* 1 1/2 cups frozen corn kernels
* 1 1/2 cups frozen lima beans
* 1 green bell pepper, chopped
* 1 1/2 cups shredded process mild Cheddar cheese

HAMBURGER CASSEROLE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
First of all heat oven to 375°. And then combine ground chuck, onion, tomatoes, Worcestershire, chili powder, and salt. Pat mixture into a 1-inch layer in a 3-quart casserole. Layer potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans, then green pepper. Cover and bake 45 minutes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes longer, or until vegetables are tender. The Hamburger Casserole is ready to serves for a great taste ! Enjoy it !

  • 3 c. potatoes
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 sm. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Black pepper to taste
Hambuger Casserole Instructions:

First of all slice potatoes and cook in water until almost done. Brown hamburger, onion and pepper in 3 tablespoons shortening. Add salt and pepper. Arrange hamburger mixture and potatoes alternately in large casserole dish. Pour tomato soup mixed with 1/2 cup water over this. Cover with foil and bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes...enjoy the casserole ! Nice...

Beef And Bean Casserole


Hamburger Casserole INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced, divided use
  • 1 pound black beans, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons canned chopped green chili peppers
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 pound canned peeled tomatoes, very coarsely chopped
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Hamburger Casserole Instructions :

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Saute meat, half the onion and 1 clove of garlic in a flameproof casserole over medium high heat 5 minutes, stirring frequently to break up meat, until meat loses its pink color. Drain excess fat.

Stir in mashed black beans. Transfer mixture to a bowl and set aside. Wipe casserole clean.

Heat the oil in same casserole over medium heat. Saute remaining onion 3 minutes until softened. Add remaining garlic, chili peppers, chili powder and cumin. Saute 30 seconds. Add tomato sauce and tomatoes with juice. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, simmer partially covered 20 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.

Transfer all but 1/2 cup sauce into the meat and bean mixture. Mix thoroughly. Transfer the remaining sauce to a bowl and keep warm.

Dip half the tortillas, one at a time, in the hot tomato sauce until softened. Arrange tortillas in the bottom of the casserole.

Spread meat and bean mixture evenly over tortillas. Repeat procedure with remaining tortillas, arranging over meat and bean mixture. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese.

Bake 35 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
